Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Melville, NY is hiring licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with support from admin and billing teams.

This full-time on-site role offers a guaranteed salary range of $60,000–$100,000+ plus incentives, CEU budget, 401(k) matching, PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits, plus referrals and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) is required.
• Experience in direct clinical care in a mental health setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring
