Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Tysons, VA is seeking licensed clinicians to join our collaborative, clinician-centered team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with the structure and support to do your best work.

You bring an active, independent VA license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and experience in direct clinical care. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, admin support, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
