Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking licensed clinicians to join our collaborative, clinician-centered team. Anticipated Start Date 2027.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, in a supportive environment with built-in admin and referrals. Qualifications

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

• $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
