Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate in Fresno, CA. This 24+ month development role partners with the Central CA team to gain exposure to technical, clinical, and sales aspects of our robotic technologies.

You will support sales, conduct in-service trainings for OR staff and surgeons, and help drive territory growth, with travel up to 25% and potential for nights and weekends as needed. This is a remote-friendly position with onsite when requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to meet quotas.
• Builds experience in goal setting, mapping, and preparing for quota-bearing roles.
• Manages administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures and expense reports
