Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate in Inland Empire/Palm Springs to gain broad exposure across technical, clinical, and sales aspects within a structured 24+ month development track. You will partner with the Inland Empire & Palm Springs team to learn our business end-to-end.

The role involves assisting sales reps with surgeon trainings, guiding OR staff through in-services, and promoting our advanced robotic technology. Travel and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team quotas.
• Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining in preparation for quota bearing role to follow CTA position.
• Manages administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports.
