Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Early Intervention-relevant discipline and three years’ experience working with young children and their families.
• Certified or working toward certification as an Early Intervention Specialist (CEIS).
• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications as required by EI standards, including CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to team members around service coordination, documentation, IFSP development, clinical issues, transitions, and working with families.
• Arrange regularly scheduled supervision meetings with individual team members and conduct 90-day and annual staff reviews.
• Support staff with time management, productivity, scheduling, and feedback to improve skills in report writing and IFSPs.
• Take on a service coordinator role, conduct home visits, provide developmental activities, and participate in IFSP development and documentation.
• Engage in community outreach, deliver presentations, and collaborate with community providers and families.
