Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a major/concentration in infants and toddlers (early Intervention and Early Childhood Education) and at least 300 hours of practicum or work with young children.
• Experience with infants, toddlers and families is preferred.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Provide direct child development services for children 0–3 and their families.
• Develop an IFSP with goals, objectives, and strategies.
• Complete progress notes, reports, assessments, and correspondence.
• Provide individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers with delays or risk.
