Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or higher degree consistent with RI Early Intervention requirements for 'Qualified Personnel'.
• Completion of a program of advanced study for certification or licensure.
• Current certificate, license, or registration for a discipline listed under RI guidelines.
• Minimum three years direct-service experience with young children with special needs.
• Early Intervention supervisory experience preferred.
• RIAIMH infant mental health endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides weekly individual administrative and reflective supervision.
• Assists with the selection and training of program staff and interns.
• Actively participates in annual EOHHS audits.
• Develops and implements operating procedures.
• Provides direct services to consumers.
• Participates in LEA and EOHHS Community meetings.
• Maintains designated caseload based on supervision.
• Enhances professional development through trainings.
