Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s or higher degree consistent with RI Early Intervention requirements for 'Qualified Personnel'.
Completion of a program of advanced study for certification or licensure.
Current certificate, license, or registration for a discipline listed under RI guidelines.
Minimum three years direct-service experience with young children with special needs.
Early Intervention supervisory experience preferred.
RIAIMH infant mental health endorsement preferred.
Responsibilities
Provides weekly individual administrative and reflective supervision.
Assists with the selection and training of program staff and interns.
Actively participates in annual EOHHS audits.
Develops and implements operating procedures.
Provides direct services to consumers.
Participates in LEA and EOHHS Community meetings.
Maintains designated caseload based on supervision.
Enhances professional development through trainings.
