Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a relevant discipline and three years of related experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with infants and young children, preferably in early intervention.
• Experience supervising clinical and support staff.
• Familiarity with Massachusetts Early Intervention philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily EI program operations and service delivery needs.
• Provide guidance and support to EI clinicians.
• Serve as a point of contact for staff questions.
