Job summary
Thom Child & Family Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Marlboro Area Early Intervention team in Marlborough, MA. The RN will provide home- and community-based services to infants and toddlers, partnering with families to implement IFSPs in a coaching framework.

Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience delivering home- and community-based early intervention services.
- Ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and cross-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist with initial intakes and refer or coordinate services as needed.
- Participate in team assessments to identify developmental needs and family priorities.
- Develop IFSPs with families and support health, nutrition and safety goals.
- Provide services using a coaching model through home visits or group sessions.
- Monitor developmental milestones and document progress for ongoing care.
