Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Licensed Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW/LHMC) preferred.
• Experience with infants, toddlers, and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of the child’s developmental status.
• Assess family strengths, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three and their families using a parent coaching model.
• Coordinate services by scheduling, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating intervention plans.
• Develop IFSPs with families to identify goals and strategies.
