Thom Child & Family Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a Mental Health Counselor (MH/LMHC/LMFT) to provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
• 1 year EI experience or 3 years of work with infants/tamilies preferred

Mansioni

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of developmental status
• Provide direct child development services for 0–3 years and their families
• Develop IFSP goals, objectives, and strategies
• Complete progress notes, reports, and correspondence
• Deliver individual and group therapy for infants/toddlers with developmental delays
• Coordinate services with families and monitor intervention plans
• Facilitate parent-child interactions and family advocacy
