Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Clinical Talent Advisor to help expand our footprint nationwide. This full-time role is remote with travel (about 20%), with flexible schedule and potential evenings/weekends; salary $70,000-$75,000 plus monthly bonus.

You will lead recruiting for clinical talent and partner with executives. You will manage the attraction process, build trusted relationships with candidates, and analyze recruiting effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers.
• Ability to design creative search strategies and influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full attraction process from identifying talent to crafting competitive offers.
• Provide thought partnership to shape and best match ABC needs and market talent.
• Foster trust-based relationships with candidates and understand their requirements.
• Identify and attract qualified clinical talent and track progress with reports.
