Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to join a growing team that improves patient outcomes in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will coordinate workflows, support clinical services, and enhance communication among patients, providers, and care teams.

Working with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff, you will handle encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation, while ensuring accurate patient schedules and effective triage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or CNA or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information, docs, and schedules.
• Assist with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and update patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Act as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support communication.
