Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to strengthen the clinical care team in skilled nursing facilities. You will assist Advanced Practice Clinicians, coordinate workflows, manage documentation, and support telehealth visits to improve patient care and provider efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information and schedules.
• Support clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate patient schedules, admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Facilitate liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families.
• Support telehealth visits and consent processing.
• Maintain clinical documentation and patient records.
• Participate in facility meetings and care coordination.
