Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of patient care experience recommended.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with complete patient information and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation and chart preparation.
• Coordinate patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Support telehealth visits and ensure proper routing of documentation.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families.
