The Clinical Support Specialist works cooperatively with administrative and clinical staff to manage client communication and needs, both on the phone and in person. Responsibilities include processing referrals promptly, scheduling appointments accurately, supporting prescribers as approved, and overseeing client records from data entry to archiving.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
