BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Remote Clinical Support Specialist (RN required) for our Home Health Senior Care team. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Support Specialist:

1. Review Oasis 485 documentation.
2. Apply knowledge and experience with implementation of standardized QI surveys and mentoring, orienting, and educating Clinical Managers/Leaders.
3. Serve as a general clinical resource to expand into mentoring, identifying and recommending changes in agency policies and practices, and assisting in development and/or implementation of new policies, procedures, programs, and services.

Qualifications for a Clinical Support Specialist:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN in North Carolina.
2. Experience using Oasis required.
