In this role, the Clinical Support Specialist works cooperatively with other administrative and clinical staff to manage client communication and needs, whether on the phone or in person. The role involves processing referrals efficiently, scheduling appointments accurately, providing prescriber support as approved, and overseeing client records from data entry to archiving.
Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Wyomissing, PA
Clinical Services Support
$17+/hour
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: One year in a medical or mental health office setting, or professional business environment including customer service and data entry
Licensure/Certifications: None required
Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification of not being on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Note: Additional related experience or education may substitute the specified requirements at the discretion of the Personnel Officer
