The role centers on creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere for patients and colleagues. You will assist during visits, manage intakes, document encounters, and help maintain infection control and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Complete intake and vital signs for each patient visit.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation according to policy.
• Assist providers during appointments and minor procedures.
• Ensure infection control, supply management, and HIPAA compliance.

• Demonstrate professionalism and welcome patients and staff.
• Take complete intake, vital signs, and document issues before provider review.
• Assist during visits: rooming, histories, orders, and procedures.
• Communicate test results and prescription refills promptly.
• Maintain exam, procedure, and lab areas; restock supplies.
• Support emergencies and collaborate with the care team.
