BD is a global medical technology company advancing the world of health. The Clinical Specialist supports Acute Urology's clinical strategy across designated hospitals and IDNs, partnering with regional teams to implement connected clinical solutions.

The role serves as a subject-matter expert, driving standardization, improved compliance, workflow efficiency, and economic outcomes for high-acuity patient populations, with national alignment and local execution.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MedTech, healthcare, clinical practice, sales, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strategic clinical partnerships across national accounts and designated strategic IDNs.
• Partner with leadership and regional teams to develop account strategies and execution plans.
• Serve as a clinical solution expert across the portfolio, including BD Acute Academy, Clinical Connect, and other learning platforms.
• Translate national agreements and strategies into scalable implementation plans for regions, facilities, and care settings.
• Lead or support enterprise-wide clinical discovery, standardization, education, conversion, implementation, and sustainment activities.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, clinical reports, and recommendations for nursing leadership and C-suite executives.
• Create repeatable clinical tools and playbooks to standardize customer experience across teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of engagements, milestones, risks, and outcomes in systems.
