Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is hiring a Clinical Specialist for Acute Urology to advance clinical strategies across hospitals and IDNs. You will partner with regional and national teams to position and implement connected clinical solutions and drive adoption of BD products and platforms.

As a subject matter expert, you will lead change management, deliver executive-ready analyses, and develop tools to standardize processes across care settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• 3–5 years of experience in MedTech, healthcare, sales or marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic clinical partnerships with national accounts and strategic IDNs.
• Develop aligned account strategies with leadership and field teams.
• Serve as an Acute Urology solution expert across the portfolio.
• Translate national agreements into scalable implementation plans.
