Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Acute Urology to advance clinical strategy across national accounts and IDNs. You will partner with senior stakeholders to position and implement connected clinical solutions, driving standardization, compliance, and value realization.

The role requires RN licensure, 3–5 years in clinical/MedTech change management, and travel to support multi-site deployments. On-site collaboration is emphasized within the U.S. healthcare network.

Qualifications

RN with a bachelor’s degree; licensed to practice.
3–5 years of experience in process improvement, best-practice implementation, and change management in MedTech/healthcare.
Experience supporting complex health systems, multi-site implementations, or strategic IDNs.

Responsibilities

Build and sustain strategic clinical partnerships with national accounts and IDNs.
Develop aligned account strategies with leadership and sales teams.
Serve as an Acute Urology solution expert across portfolio products and platforms.
Translate national agreements into scalable implementation plans for regions and facilities.
Lead or support enterprise-wide clinical discovery, education, and sustainment activities.
