Job summary

RN with bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience in MedTech or healthcare is required; travel up to 75% is expected. You’ll drive standardization, education, and change-management across multi-site health systems.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in MedTech, healthcare, sales, or marketing.
• Experience supporting multi-site health systems and national accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strategic clinical partnerships with national accounts and IDNs.
• Develop aligned account strategies with leadership and field teams.
• Serve as a clinical solution expert across the portfolio, including BD Acute Academy and Clinical Connect.
• Translate agreements and strategies into scalable implementation plans.
• Lead clinical discovery and standardization activities across regions and facilities.
