Job summary

BD is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, Clinical Solutions for the US region to drive demand across priority clinical accounts. You will own the national field activation plan, collaborating with Sales, Regional Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Field Applications to convert go-to-market strategies into targeted programs and events.

You will lead demand generation, adoption, and pipeline acceleration through account-based marketing, campaigns, and product launches, while tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales or field marketing within clinical diagnostics or healthcare markets.
• Experience partnering with Sales to run account, campaign, or launch programs that generate demand.
• Strong understanding of clinical lab customers, workflows, and adoption drivers.
• Ability to translate data from CRM, pipeline, and market insights into field actions.

Responsibilities

• Own US Clinical Solutions field activation plan and calendar.
• Identify priority customer segments and whitespace opportunities.
• Translate GTM strategies into targeted account programs and actions.
• Partner with Sales to ensure timely follow-up of marketing leads.
• Measure program performance and adjust activation plans.
• Lead national and local clinical events, workshops, and launches.
• Enable Sales with approved messaging and tools.
