Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to support scaling onsite clinical operations for Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs.

You will be a consistent contact for client coordinators, preceptors, and students, handling activation, coordination, student support, and daily client communication. Success means students complete rotations and you build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, with travel 50%+ of your time.

Qualifications

• Active CST certification or equivalent OR experience.
• Experience coordinating clinical rotations and site onboarding.
• Strong communication with hospital staff and coordinators.
• Ability to travel 50%+ to clinical sites.
• Ability to build relationships with students and instructors.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-launch prep at new sites and ensure site readiness.
• Onboard client-site clinical coordinators and schedule preceptors.
• Support students and track cohort progress through timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for site coordinators and preceptors.
• Present to client hospital staff and manage issue escalation.
