Job summary

Stepful is seeking a Program Director, Surgical Services to lead Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs nationwide. You will own operations, curriculum alignment, and instructor leadership across online and on-site components while managing client partnerships with health systems.

You will steer program quality, regulatory compliance, and student outcomes, shaping scalable education for working adults with travel to partner sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years teaching surgical technology with course delivery and student support.
• Active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist or NCCT TS-C certification.
• 5+ years clinical/operational experience in surgical technology, sterile processing, or related field.
• 2+ years in healthcare education, training program administration, or a clinical operations role with instructional oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of both Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs across online, labs, and clinicals.
• Safeguard NCCT program approval and state regulatory compliance by meeting outcome thresholds.
• Hire, onboard, and manage full-time staff and adjunct instructors.
• Lead enterprise client relationships, site visits, and calibration of clinical skills.
