Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to support scaling onsite clinical operations for Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs.

You will be a consistent, on-the-ground point of contact for client-side clinical coordinators, preceptors, and students — handling site activation, clinical coordination, student support, and day-to-day client communication. This role requires regular travel to clinical sites around the US — 50%+ of your time overall.

Qualifications

• Active clinical certification in surgical technology or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating clinical rotations or medical training programs.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and operate autonomously in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-launch preparation and site activation at clinical sites, ensuring logistics and materials readiness.
• Onboard and coordinate client-side clinical coordinators and preceptors; maintain ongoing communications with students.
• Own biweekly check-ins with on-site coordinators and track cohort progress to address risks early.
• Present independently to clinical coordinators, hospital staff, and preceptors; build credibility and trust quickly.
