Job summary

Stepful is seeking a Program Director, Surgical Services, to lead Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs nationwide. You will own curriculum design, labs, clinical operations, instructor leadership, and client partnerships with 12+ healthcare employer partners.

This is a remote role with travel to partner sites and reports to the Senior Director, Operations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years teaching surgical tech, 5+ years clinical ops, NBSTSA or NCCT certification, and prior team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching surgical technology and/or sterile processing.
• Proven ability to manage curriculum, labs, and clinical operations.
• Experience with regulatory accreditation and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of both programs across online didactics, skills labs, and clinical education.
• Lead instructor team and ensure consistent, high-quality instruction.
• Manage enterprise partner relationships and site visits across multiple states.
