Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to support scaling onsite clinical operations for Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs.

You will be a consistent point of contact for client-side coordinators, preceptors, and students, handling site activation, clinical coordination, and day-to-day communications. Success means students complete rotations successfully and develop trust with site-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Clinical fluency and appropriate certification or hands-on OR experience.
• Expertise communicating with clinical coordinators, preceptors and hospital staff.
• Experience tracking cohort progress and managing program logistics.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time across clinical sites.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-launch activation at clinical sites, confirming logistics, materials, and readiness.
• Identify and onboard client-side clinical coordinators and preceptors with scheduling of onboarding dates.
• Increase travel cadence as cohorts move into scrubs and respond to site needs.
• Build trusted relationships with students and serve as a consistent point of contact during rotations.
• Coordinate with client coordinators and hospital staff to ensure timely preceptor evaluations and program milestones.
