Job summary

Stepful, Inc. seeks a Clinical Education Coordinator to scale onsite clinical operations for Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs.

You’ll be a consistent on-the-ground contact for client coordinators, preceptors, and students—managing site activation, clinical coordination, student support, and daily client communication. Success means rotations completed smoothly with strong relationships at hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Active NBSTSA CST or NCCT TS-C certification.
• A nursing OR background with hands-on experience is acceptable.
• Experience coordinating clinical rotations or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinical sites to lead pre-launch preparation ahead of each skills lab start, confirming logistics, materials, and site readiness with site leadership.
• Identify and onboard the client-side clinical coordinator at each new site; lock in preceptor onboarding dates and confirm materials are shipped and ready before students arrive.
• Increase travel cadence as cohorts move into clinical scrubs; respond to ad hoc site needs as they come up.
• Build trusting relationships with students; act as a consistent point of contact throughout rotations.
• Track cohort progress against the clinical timeline; flag at-risk students early and involve leadership as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for client-side coordinators and preceptors across sites; onboard preceptors and ensure timely evaluations.
• Present independently to client coordinators and hospital staff; support relationships at the hospital level.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Customer Success teams to avoid duplicated outreach.
