Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and ensure high-quality patient care. You will train clinicians and technicians, act as Manager on Duty, and collaborate with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to meet clinical and sales goals.

Responsibilities include guiding diagnostic testing protocols, maintaining HIPAA records, coaching cross-trained staff, and upholding store brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements. Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operational and sales targets.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train Doctor Technicians on clinical standards and procedures.
