Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support the Brand Manager in delivering exceptional patient care. You will ensure clinical services follow HIPAA and company standards while guiding technicians and associates.

You will act as Manager on Duty, drive daily sales alongside clinical goals, train staff, and maintain patient records in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or advanced certification in a related field.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and support Brand Manager on clinical goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty to meet store goals and provide coaching.
• Ensure clinical services follow HIPAA standards and internal protocols.
• Train Doctor Technicians on diagnostics, contact lens care, and PEG standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Drive customer satisfaction through training and problem resolution.
