Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management or clinic leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher required; relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for patient care and mentoring others.
• Flexible to adapt to changing business and scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales to meet store revenue goals while delivering outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues and train staff on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor’s Technicians in diagnostics, local mode, and contact lens care.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards are followed with HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Uphold store brand standards and basic housekeeping duties.
• Coach and train staff on insertion/removal of contact lenses.
• Oversee contact lens orders and weekly inventory.
