Now Optics is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team, ensuring high-quality clinical care and optimal patient experiences. You will supervise clinicians, coordinate with the Clinical Operations Department, and act as Manager on Duty to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.

You will coach doctors and technicians, enforce training guidelines, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associates degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to mentor and train others.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operational and sales targets.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Coach Doctors and Technicians on clinical standards and training and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
