Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide a memorable experience and information on products and services.
• Drive sales to exceed revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and train the team on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor’s Technicians on diagnostic testing, local mode, digital refraction, contact lens care, and PEG standards.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards are executed according to company policies.
• Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure store brand standards and proper housekeeping.
• Coach Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on contact lens insertion/removal.
