Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under Clinical Operations guidance.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales targets.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services.
• Drive sales while maintaining outstanding customer service.
• Train Doctor Technicians on diagnostic procedures and contact lens care.
• Ensure training, protocols, and HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Coach cross-trained staff on insertion/removal of contact lenses.
• Oversee contact lens orders, trials, and inventory management.
