Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or leadership in a clinical setting.
• Associate degree or advanced certification or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals
• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products and services
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service
• Train and mentor Doctor Technicians on clinical standards and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA compliance
• Oversee contact lens orders and diagnostic lens inventory
• Ensure adherence to training guidelines and PEG clinical standards
