Job summary

Stanton Optical is hiring a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store's clinical team, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to procedures. You will train Doctor Technicians, oversee diagnostic and lens services, and coordinate with the Brand Manager to meet daily sales and service goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management or clinical leadership, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. On-site store location with HIPAA compliance focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail management or clinical leadership.
• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a relevant program.
• Strong communication skills for a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and ability to mentor others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Familiarity with basic office software (MS Word, Google Docs).
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operations and sales.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and communicate products and services clearly.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service and patient experience.
• Train Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode, Digital Refraction, and lens care.
