Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support clinical goals with guidance from the Clinical Operations Department. You will also frequently serve as Manager on Duty to achieve store objectives and support both clinical and sales targets.

The role demands leadership to train Doctor Technicians, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and uphold brand standards while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales to meet revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and train the team on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing and Digital Refraction.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards from Physicians Eyecare Group are followed.
