You will supervise Doctor Technicians, ensure HIPAA-compliant records, and maintain brand standards while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail management or clinical leadership.
• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to achieve clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales.
• Greet patients and identify needs for a memorable experience.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide ongoing training on clinical standards and troubleshooting.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance.
