Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs and explain products/services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding service.
• Coach Doctor Technicians on PEG clinical standards and lens procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and confidentiality.
• Ensure brand standards and store housekeeping.
• Oversee contact lens orders and inventory weekly.
