Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store's clinical operations and coaching of the team in delivering exceptional patient care. The role reports to the Brand Manager and requires coordinating with the Clinical Operations Department to meet daily goals.

You will supervise Doctor Technicians, ensure adherence to PEG clinical standards, and maintain patient records while upholding HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals.
• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience and inform on products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide supervision and training to Doctor Technicians on clinical standards and procedures.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee training of cross-trained staff on contact lens handling and protocols.
