Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store's clinical team, ensuring quality patient care, compliance with PEG clinical standards, and execution of daily policies under the Clinical Operations Department.

You will train and coach Doctors and Technicians, act as Manager on Duty to meet store goals, drive sales while delivering outstanding patient service, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, uphold brand standards, and ensure proper contact lens protocols and inventory.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associates degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word Google Docs and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under the Clinical Operations Department.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Coach and train Doctors Technicians and cross-trained staff on PEG clinical standards.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA confidentiality.
• Ensure store brand standards and basic housekeeping.
