Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and ensure high-quality clinical services and patient experience. You will act as Manager on Duty to support store goals and drive revenue while maintaining clinical standards.

You will train Doctor Technicians, manage diagnostics and contact lens care, and ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping. Prior leadership in a retail or clinical setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and drive store sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Supervise the store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Coach and train Doctor Technicians on PEG clinical standards and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee inventory and testing procedures, and ensure brand standards are met.
