Job summary

Stanton Optical, functioning under Now Optics, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in delivering exceptional patient experiences and quality care. You’ll supervise clinical services, coordinate with the Clinical Operations Department, and act as Manager on Duty to achieve daily store goals.

You will mentor Doctor Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain patient records, and drive training across the team to uphold clinical standards and customer service excellence

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher, or enrolled in a comparable program.
• Retail management or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Willingness to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support stores’ operational and sales goals.
• Train Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode, Digital Refraction, contact lens care.
• Ensure adherence to training guidelines, procedures, and HIPAA standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidentiality.
• Ensure store brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Coach staff on proper contact lens insertion/removal.
• Oversee contact lens orders and inventory management weekly.
