Job summary

Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and ensure clinical goals are met under guidance from the Clinical Operations Department.

You will also serve as Manager on Duty, drive patient satisfaction, mentor Doctor Technicians, oversee diagnostic testing, and uphold HIPAA-compliant records while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or advanced certification or actively pursuing relevant program.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and willingness to mentor others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Basic proficiency with MS Word, Google Docs, and similar tools.
• Optical or clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under Clinical Operations guidance.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store goals.
• Greet patients and identify needs to inform about products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train Doctor Technicians in diagnostic and clinical standards.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and confidentiality.
• Ensure brand standards and store housekeeping compliance.
• Coach staff on contact lens care and instruction.
