Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associates degree or higher or currently enrolled in a related program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Willingness to mentor others and adapt to changing schedules.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Google Docs and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under Clinical Operations guidance.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and drive sales while delivering excellent patient service.
• Train and coach Doctors and Technicians on clinical procedures and customer care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and store standards.
• Oversee inventory and protocol adherence for contact lens services.
