Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to team with the Brand Manager in an on-site store setting. You will coach and supervise the store staff to deliver quality patient care, follow clinical guidelines, and meet daily goals while driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide product/service information.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train Doctors and Technicians on clinical standards and processes.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Ensure brand standards and oversee inventory and basic housekeeping.
• Coach staff on contact lens insertion/removal and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and train on diagnostic and contact lens protocols.
