Job summary

Stanton Optical in Texas is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team, support the Brand Manager, and ensure clinical goals are met with guidance from the Clinical Operations Department.

You will act as Manager on Duty, drive revenue while maintaining patient care, oversee Doctor Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliant records, and uphold iCARE values. This role requires mentoring, strong communication, and leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to guide product/service options.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve issues and train team on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor’s Technicians on clinical procedures and standards.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant patient records and store standards.
